When I have started to meditate it has never happe

When I have started to meditate it has never happened for me.

For years I was just sitting keeping my eyes closed, and my mind keeps wandering here and there!

It is only after I have started practicing Yogic kriya learnt from Isha and Hatha Yoga - specially Surya Kriya, I could see a significant improvement- my mind has started to settle down and I could actually enjoy sitting with eyes closed.

As the nut case I was, it took long time for me to break the nut and come out of shell but Classical yoga has not failed to do its work.

Today I am far better than my previous version, though still with lots of scope of improvement but growth graph looks promising.

So there is no looking back.

Whatever I do yoga is always working for me 24*7… and I am loving it!

If you are able to do full day Sadhna or maintain silence on Ekadashi then it is best if you do not eat anything. That’s ideal.

But for most of us, outwardly it’s a regular busy day attending meetings, speaking a lot, driving in traffic, house works etc etc.

If you are one of those, only water or fruit may not be enough.

Apart from being with divine internally, let’s also drink from divine feet. 😍 That is, drinking this healthy concoction of five ingredients called Panchaamrit or Charanaamrit.
